✨2023: the year that felt like a month.✨
I don’t know about y’all, but this year seemed like it flew right by. For this little maker, it started with tangyuan and then ended in Japan (?!). In January 2024, Annie’s T Cakes will officially turn 3 years old. Life has changed so much since January 2021 and I couldn’t be more grateful. Take a peep at some of the highlights from the year!
📰 Started the year with a beautiful writeup from Edible East Bay.
🍡 Then I shared lots of delicious tangyuan with you all for the annual tangyuan soup kits (Order your Year of the Dragon 2024 Tangyuan Soup Kits here!)
💉 Had the privilege of donating bone marrow (sign up to donate and save a life at bethematch.org )
☀️ Ended up in Mexico City and had churros for the first time!
👩🌾 Launched a booth at the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market!
🕶️ Vended in Los Angeles for the first time. And got to spend time with my lovely friends at Rooted Fare (thanks for letting me crash!).
📸 Got to take family portraits for AAPI women with the Oakland Fortune Factory for AAPIHM!
🥮 Another wild Mid Autumn in the books — this year with the vegan salted egg yolk!
🎋 Was one with nature and tried all the pastries and desserts in Japan.
Here’s to more challenges, foods, adventures, and fun in 2024!
