This cookie features two citrus zest sugar cookies sandwiching a layer of white chocolate soy sauce filling. It's the perfect blend of sweet, savory, and citrus. We've blended HEYDOH's Silky soy sauce (a dipping sauce) with a decadent white chocolate. The cookie sandwich will be a featured item at our February 22nd Afternoon Tea. For those that are not in town and can't make it to tea time, you can still have a taste of the fun!

HEYDOH is a Taiwanese-American soy sauce brand using a unique varietal of black soybeans grown in Taiwan.
