Year of the Snake Mooncake Gift Box 2025 (Full Size)

The Year of the Snake Mooncake Gift Box is a special one. When you line up our four custom designed mooncakes side by side, they reveal a snake slithering through flowers symbolizing the four seasons: Orchid (Spring), Lotus (Summer), Chrysanthemum (Autumn), and Plum Blossom (Winter). Just as you too changed throughout this year, the mooncakes aim to reflect a year of transition. This year's gift box and custom mooncake molds were designed by Bay Area based artist Kai Kwong.

The box includes four specialty flavors paired with the seasons.

Hotteok. Inspired by the traditional Korean street food, this mooncake has a mung bean base with brown sugar, (vegan) honey, cinnamon, and sunflower seeds. This flavor is matched with the spring, a time of sweet beauty.

Raspberry + Almond. Summer is known for delicious fruits. Our raspberry, almond, and mung bean mooncake is the perfect match for this celebratory season.

Black Sesame + Cornflake Crunch. Just as the crisp leaves crunch underfoot during autumn, this mooncake's cornflake crisps add a delightful textural experience to the black sesame paste's deep nutty flavor.

Red Bean + Citrus Zest. Winter is the best time for citrus fruits, making these flavors a perfect pair for the winter mooncake. This mooncake has our classic red bean paste with a zing of pomelo zest.
